We will only accept returns for DAMAGED items. This also includes discs not properly burned, rendering the disc unusable. There will be no refunds. All returns will be item for item. If for any reason, your disc is unviewable due to damage during shipping, or if the disc wasn't produced correctly, we will gladly send you a replacement DVD free of charge. We can not replace DVD's damaged by negligence or improper care. All DVD's will be shipped with tracking.
